Dean Evans

I am new to loan origination, but not new to the industry.  I have been a notary signing agent for the last 5 years conducting over 3000 loan closes for Escrow/Title Officers and Loan Officers.  I am excited to bring my knowledge in the joy of closing on homes to the beginning of the process too.  Knowing what matters and expectations are needed for a successful closing, I think I bring a lot of knowledge to excelling at the process to doing so.  The industry intrigues me with the ongoing change and I strive on change and keeps me always motivated. 

For some background about myself, I have 3 great kids, Vancouver has been my home most of my life.  I enjoy the pacific Northwest.  I love traveling, I am a fan of the outdoors (Hiking, Camping, Climbing), and I am also a Private Pilot and enjoy flying planes as well.
