2026 signifies my 37th year as a loan officer. I work diligently with buyers and present homeowners to get the very best mortgage terms possible. I listen to the needs of every client and provide them with options to fit their goals. My business focus is residential mortgages for primary residences, second homes and rental properties.

I can handle a wide range of loan types and scenarios. I have lived and originated loans in very high-cost areas like metro areas of California and ski resorts in Colorado. I have also done a tremendous amount of work for first-time homebuyers and have access to programs that allow zero down and even grants or downpayment assistance programs to help with closing costs or downpayment. Another highlight of what I do differently is that I am proficient at evaluating credit and I consistently work with clients that are in a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy or have a bankruptcy in their past. The most unusual niche lending that I do is leased land. I have originated over 300 loans on leased land.
